The Accommodation, Facilities and Grounds are detailed below. Corresponding diagrams can be seen by clickimg on green links oto the right. Also there are pictures taken as the Barns were in the process of transformation. 

The Accomodation comprises:

Courtyard Garden 
Courtyard, garden-terrace for eating outdoors, and fire circle.

Entrance Gallery 
Information boards, internet connection, payphone, window seats and tables.
Wood floors and under-floor heating throughout the Barns.

East Barn
Upper Terrace Level:
Albion Room 11.6m x 5.3m (37ft x 17ft)
Kitchenette, sound system, stools, cushions, mats, and door to south terrace.
 
Courtyard Level:
‘Stable Dorm’ partitioned ‘twins’ – 6 singles, 1 double (door to garden)
‘Twofold’ double/wellbeing room with basin (door to garden)
2 showers, 2 toilets, basins, washing machine and tumble dryer.
 
West Barn
 Courtyard Level:
Kitchen/Dining Room oak tables for 24 max (door to garden-terrace)
‘Fourfold’ bedroom with basin (door to terrace)
Shower and separate WC.
Upper Terrace Level:
Three ‘twin’ bedrooms, with own basins, sharing 2 showers and WC:
‘Over Garden’, ‘Moor Horizon’, ‘Skylight’
Hayloft  6.7m x 3.7m (22ft x 12ft)
Movable seating, drinks kitchen, cd player, door to south terrace

South Terrace Garden
Seating, tables, fire circle & solar panels.  Hillside fields beyond.  East to yurt terrace, garden, and Harbourne River.  West to sauna.
Sauna  for 10 people
In adjoining building, with chill out changing space, shower, compost WC, electric and wood stove heating (all electrics on card payment meter)
Hot Tub
Outdoors, adjoining sauna, with cold plunge, fire circle and sunset views to Dartmoor. Pre-heating for arrival (+£10)
