LEFT   - after 2 miles at Tigley, signed Harberton [stone house on corner]
LEFT   - at T - junction, follow through to main cross roads.
RIGHT -  towards Avonwick.
LEFT    - first turn (sharp) signed Sandwell [B&B on the corner]
RIGHT - at immediate entrance taking...left of 2 driveways up hill to Barns.
